  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) candiced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar roasted pepper, drained and rinsed
  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely choppped
  • 23 cup fresh cilantro or 23 cup parsley, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 18 teaspoon ground pepper
  • tortilla chips
