  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 12 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream, lime juice, vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper.
