  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups black beans Boiled
  • 1 onion small
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil for cooking
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon jeera Dhana
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable stock

    In a pan/pot pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and saute the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes.Add in the Pre-boiled black beans, vegetable stock,chilli, dhanan jeera and let this boil until your beans are soft and there is a thick sauce.

    Once that is ready, take your tortila and spread the sauce on it (you can dip the whole tortilla in the sauce).Place some spinach on it, and about 3 tablespoons of the black beans. Wrap this and place on baking dish.Pour cheese on top and bake at 325 Fahrenheit degrees for 10 minutes.
