- 13 cup salsa
- 1 12 cups shredded lettuce
- 12 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup cooked brown rice
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine black beans, cheese, salsa and rice.
