- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

1Soak black beans in water overnight.

2The water amount needs to be plentiful so that approximately 1-inch of water remains above the beans after soaking.

3Add everything but lemon juice and Worcestershire.

4Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce last 1/2 hour of cooking.
