- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients and add the egg and chocolate chips. Set aside.

2Mix together the flour, cocoa, sugar and salt; set aside.

3Mix together the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.

4Beat until smooth. Fill paper cups 1/3 full of batter. Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture.

5Sprinkle top with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
