- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients and mix well.

2Stir in chocolate chips.

3Mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.

4Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

5Beat well.

6Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full of chocolate mixture.

7Top each with cream cheese mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
