- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix together the first 9 ingredients.

2Then in separate bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until creamy.

3Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.

4Fill miniature muffin cups 1/2 full of cake mixture.

5Top with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Yields about 50.
