- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa (powder)
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream together cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.

2Stir in chocolate chips.

3Set aside.

4Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

5Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

6Mix well.

7Place second mixture on bottom of cupcake liners.

8Drop large spoonful of cream cheese filling on top.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Yield: 2 dozen.
