- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2Stir in chocolate chips.

3Set aside cream mixture. In another bowl, sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

4Add the water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well.

5The cocoa mixture will be thin.

6Fill cupcake liners half full with cocoa mixture.

7Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each cocoa mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
