- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In small bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and soda.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Beat until well blended. prepare cream cheese topping.

5Pour chocolate batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling 1/3 full.

6Top each with a tablespoon of cream cheese topping.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched in center.

8Cool on rack.
