  • 1 1/2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. rum or rum flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

    Combine sugar and cornstarch.
