  • 1 c. Nicoise or Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. fresh oregano, or 1/2 t. dried
  • 2 T. chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 2 T. lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process by pulsing just until mixture is pureed.

    Store in refrigerator up to one week.
