- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. fresh oregano, or 1/2 t. dried
- 2 T. chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 T. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process by pulsing just until mixture is pureed.
