Black Sesame Pudding

  • 250 ml Milk
  • 40 grams Black sesame paste
  • 5 grams Gelatin
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 1 dash Vanilla extract

Directions

    Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water (not listed) and dissolve in the microwave.

    Or you can dissolve the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of hot water.

    Put 250 ml of milk in a large measuring cup and microwave to 60~70C.

    Add the black sesame paste, sugar, and gelatin from Step 1 and mix well.

    Pour into the pudding cups without straining and chill in the refrigerator until set.
