Black Sesame Pudding

- 5 grams Gelatin
- 2 tbsp Water
- 300 grams Milk
- 50 grams Heavy cream
- 40 grams Sugar
- 2 tbsp Black sesame paste
Directions

1Soak the gelatin in the water, and leave it for about 10 minutes.

2Warm 200 g of milk until it starts to steam.

3Be careful not to let it boil.

4Add sugar and gelatin, and completely dissolve.

5Add the black sesame paste, and mix well.

6When the gelatin and sugar are dissolved, add remaining milk and heavy cream, then mix.

7That makes the pudding set faster.

8Chill in the refrigerator.

9Take it out from the refrigerator and stir occasionally.

10If is has thickened to the point where the black sesame won't sink to the bottom when you stir the pudding up, divide it into individual cups and refrigerate.

11Once it's chilled, decorate with whipped cream and mint leaves, then serve!
