- 1 stick softened margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
Directions

1Beat butter and sugar in bowl. Add flour, salt, egg yolks and milk; beat with mixer until well mixed. Stir in vanilla and walnuts. Pour mixture into chilled pie shell. Bake on lower shelf of 375° oven for 45 minutes, until center is almost set but still soft. Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
