  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box blackberry gelatin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, gelatin mix, eggs and cooking oil until blended.

    Stir in blackberries.

    Bake in greased and floured layer cake pans at 350° until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
