  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts, crushed

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and mix well.

    Add blackberries and sift flour with spices and soda and add to sugar mixture, then add raisins and nuts.

    Bake in 3 greased 9-inch pans at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Frost with your favorite frosting.
