  • 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/3 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pineapple-orange juice
  • 2 c. fresh blackberries, divided
