  • 1 box plain white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. blackberry wine

Directions

    Mix dry cake mix and gelatin together.

    Add eggs, oil and wine.

    Blend to moisten.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from pan and let cool.
