- 1 box plain white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. blackberry wine
Directions

1Mix dry cake mix and gelatin together.

2Add eggs, oil and wine.

3Blend to moisten.

4Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from pan and let cool.
