- 1-1/2 cup Blackcurrants
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2-1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
- Fresh Blackcurrants, As Desired
Directions

1In a small sauce pan, bring blackcurrants (stems removed) and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar has dissolved completely. Let mixture cool down completely.

2In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff. Add Greek yogurt and mix well. Stir in cooled blackcurrant mixture.

3Pour into a freezer-friendly container and throw in fresh blackcurrants. Lightly stir them in.

4Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
