Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. fresh or frozen redfish or snapper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, red pepper, black pepper, dried thyme and salt.

2Heat 12-inch iron skillet or heavy aluminum skillet.

3Brush fish with seasoning mixture.

4Add fish to unoiled skillet.

5Drizzle a little butter over each fillet. Cook, uncovered, over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

6Turn.

7Drizzle with butter and cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

8Serves 4.
