  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

    Blend the cornstarch with 1 tbsp of the milk in a small bowl until smooth.

    Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat. Add the sugar, vanilla and cornstarch mixture, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.

    Pour the blancmange into a small bowl and cover. Refrigerate for several hours or until set.
