- 1/2 c. low-fat milk or low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. natural bran
- 1 egg (optional)
Directions

1In blender or food processor, combine banana, milk, honey, bran and egg (if using egg); process until smooth.
