Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peach or nectarine, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1/2 c. low-fat milk or low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. natural bran
  • 1 egg (optional)

Directions

    In blender or food processor, combine banana, milk, honey, bran and egg (if using egg); process until smooth.

    Pour into tall glass.
