  • 12 cup boiling water
  • 4 serving size sugar free lemon gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 10 ounces light whipped topping
  • inch-inch low fat graham cracker pie crust
  • whipped cream

    Pour the boiling water into a blender container.

    Add the gelatin.

    Process until dissolved.

    Add the lemon juice and half and half the cottage cheese.
