  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 medium-sized eggs

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a blender container.

    Blend for 7 minutes.

    Butter a 10-inch pie plate (clear glass ovenproof is best).

    Pour mixture into pie plate and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or longer (bottom should be nicely browned).

    Cool and refrigerate.

    If strawberry, cherry or blueberry topping is desired, eliminate cinnamon and pour topping over cool pie.
