- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 4 medium-sized eggs
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a blender container.

2Blend for 7 minutes.

3Butter a 10-inch pie plate (clear glass ovenproof is best).

4Pour mixture into pie plate and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or longer (bottom should be nicely browned).

5Cool and refrigerate.

6If strawberry, cherry or blueberry topping is desired, eliminate cinnamon and pour topping over cool pie.
