Blender Chicken Pate

- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 medium onions or 6 shallots
- 1 c. chicken livers
- 1 tart apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. brandy
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Peel and chop onions or shallots.

3Add to butter.

4Cook until tender.

5Add chicken livers and apple.

6Cook and turn gently until pink.

7Add salt and pepper to taste and the marjoram.

8Place in blender.

9Add eggs.

10Blend until smooth.

11Add brandy.

12Blend again.

13Place in small crock. Cool, then refrigerate covered.
