- 22 gingersnaps, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped cream
- 1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Pat the crushed gingersnaps and butter into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300°.

2Mix the whipped cream, pistachio pudding and pineapple together.

3Pour into cooled crust.

4Top the pie with almonds and coconut.
