  • 22 gingersnaps, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped cream
  • 1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Pat the crushed gingersnaps and butter into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 300°.

    Mix the whipped cream, pistachio pudding and pineapple together.

    Pour into cooled crust.

    Top the pie with almonds and coconut.
