  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cups Bleu Cheese, Crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
  • 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cups White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Mince the garlic until it becomes a paste. Add in bleu cheese, agave, yogurt, vinegar and mustard. Whisk together and then stream in the olive oil while whisking. Add in your salt and pepper to taste. Taste the dressing until it has the flavor you prefer. If you like it a little sweeter, add in more agave. If you like it more pungent, add in more vinegar. Enjoy!
