- 1 blood orange, peeled, separated into sections and frozen
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I use Spirutein)
- 12 cup milk (if you want it very creamy)
- 12 cup water (if you don't)
Directions

1blend orange sections and banana together until there are no large pieces left.

2add protein powder, blend til evenly mixed.

3add milk or water until smoothie is the consistancy you like - personally, I like mine to be soft-serve ice cream-y.
