Bloody Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange, peeled, separated into sections and frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I use Spirutein)
  • 12 cup milk (if you want it very creamy)
  • 12 cup water (if you don't)

Directions

    blend orange sections and banana together until there are no large pieces left.

    add protein powder, blend til evenly mixed.
  3. 3
    add milk or water until smoothie is the consistancy you like - personally, I like mine to be soft-serve ice cream-y.
