Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked dried mini rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 Land O Lakes Garlic & Herb Saute Express squares
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

    Melt 2 Saute Express squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

    Add chicken.

    Saute 13-18 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165F, is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.

    Remove from skillet.

    Cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Add pasta, salad dressing, bacon and tomatoes to skillet; stir until heated through.

    Toss in chicken and spinach to coat.
