  • 12 oz bacon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 lb orecchiette
  • salt & pepper
  • 5 cups baby arugula
  • 2 oz Parmesean cheese, grated ( 1 cup)
