  • 1 rounded Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
  • milk (for making suitable consistency)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise

    Melt butter.

    Crumble in Blue cheese and continue to melt. Remove from stove. Beat in enough milk to desired consistency. Add spices and combine with mayonnaise last.
