- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 3/4 oz.) can liver spread
- 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese (2 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
- raw vegetables

1Advance preparation:

2Cook bacon until crisp; drain.

3Crumble; set aside.

4In small mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, liver spread, Blue cheese and sherry until fluffy.

5Stir in water chestnuts, onion, olives and bacon.
