Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- mint leaves
- paprika
- assorted crackers and fruit
Directions

1Let cheeses come to a room temperature.

2Combine softened cheeses, walnuts and garlic in a large mixer bowl.

3Beat with an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.

4If necessary add a few teaspoons milk to mix.

5Form cheese mixture into a pear shape. Place cinnamon stick in top as a stem.

6Add mint leaves at the stem.

7Pat paprika on sides of the pear to create a shadow.

8Cover and chill in the refrigerator.

9Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

10Serve with desired crackers and fruit. Serves eight.
