  • 1/4 cup blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • None None dry sparkling wine, to top off
  • 1 slice star fruit

Directions

    Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add the blue Curacao and grapefruit juice. Shake well.

    Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Serve decorated with the star fruit.
