Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 100 g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 100 g Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 75 g walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Put the flour, butter and Stilton in a food processor and mix briefly to form a smooth dough.

2You may also knead all the ingredients together by hand.

3Wrap and chill for 1 hour or until firm.

4Lightly grease some baking sheets.

5Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.

6Cut into 2 inch squares, then cut the squares in half diagonally to make triangles.

7Place on the baking sheets and chill for 10 minutes.

8Preheat oven to 190C/375F.

9Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

10Bake 5-7 minutes, or until golden.

11Transfer to wire rack to cool.
