- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions

1Beat eggs and cream of tartar until foamy.

2Beat in sugar a tablespoon at a time.

3Continue beating until stiff and glossy.

4Do not underbeat.

5Spoon meringue onto heavy brown paper in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

6Makes 9-inch square of meringue.

7Bake 1 1/2 hours at 275°.

8Turn off oven.

9Leave meringue in oven 1 more hour. Cool.

10Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.

11In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.

12Gently fold in cream cheese mixture and marshmallows.

13Cover and chill 12 hours.

14Before serving, add one can of thickened fruit.
