- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. low-fat milk
- 3 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
- 2 c. blueberries
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients; add egg, milk and margarine and stir well.

2Add blueberries and mix again.

3Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
