  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. low-fat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
  • 2 c. blueberries

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients; add egg, milk and margarine and stir well.

    Add blueberries and mix again.

    Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
