  • 6 ounces (about 1 cup) fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup granola

    Combine the blueberries, brown sugar, water and lime juice into a saucepan.

    Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and then continue cooking for about 6 minutes, or until the blueberries begin to pop and the liquid has thickened.

    Layer the yogurt and granola into serving cups.
