Ingredients

  • 35 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 egg whites and 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix crumbs and margarine. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Beat the egg whites and sugar stiff.

    Pour beaten egg whites over crumbs. Spread evenly to edges. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. When cool, spread blueberries evenly. Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
