- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. blueberries
- sugar for sprinkling of muffins
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 can canned milk
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- poppy seed filling
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and baking soda.

2Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil.

3Add salt, poppy seed filling and vanilla.

4Spoon into muffin cups about 1/4 full.

5Then add one-third teaspoon of lemon filling,

6then cover and add to about two-thirds full with more batter.

7Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, being careful not to overbake.

8Remove from oven.

9Need not be iced.
