Blueberry-Nectarine Crisp

  • 1 1/2 lb. nectarines, cut in eighths
  • 1 pt. blueberries (about 2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°. Toss nectarines, blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch in large bowl. Spoon fruit mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish. Mix flour and brown sugar. Mix butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of fruit. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
