  • 3 c. fresh or frozen berries or 2 c. canned berries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 level Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water

Directions

    Cook, until it boils, the berries, sugar and salt.

    Add cornstarch dissolved in water.

    Cool and put in crusts.

    Bake at 425° until crust is done, 40 to 50 minutes.
