Blueberry Pie

- 2 frozen deep-dish pie crusts, thawed
- 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°.

2Put blueberries, sugar, flour and cinnamon into mixing bowl. Pour blueberry mixture into pie crusts. Cut margarine into small pieces.

3Put them on top of the blueberry mixture.

4Wet your fingers with cold water and run them along the top edge of the bottom pie crust.

5Turn the remaining crust upside-down on top of the blueberries and crust together. Cut slits in the top crust to let steam escape.

6Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly brown at 350°.
