  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 14 cup sugar

    Place the contents in a glass bowl and stir in honey, lemon juice, and sugar.

    In a large saucepan over medium high heat, place the blueberry mixture and bring to a boil.
