Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 pt. Rich Whip, whipped

Directions

    Combine graham cracker crumbs (save some for the top), sugar and melted margarine and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth.

    Add eggs, remaining 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla and cream well.

    Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Spread pie filling over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with whipped cream and the rest of graham cracker crumbs.

    Chill overnight.
