  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. brandy
  • 1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 c. light cream

Directions

    Saute rosemary and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.

    Add cream and brandy and heat for 10 minutes.
