- 3 cups frozen cut cauliflower
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-sodium tomato soup
- 12 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 14 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 13 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, cook cauliflower in water for 10 minutes or just until tender, drain.

2In a large skillet, combine tomato soup, garlic parsley flakes, mustard and lemon pepper.

3Add cheddar cheese mixing well to combine.

4Stir in cauliflower.

5Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring often.
