- 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
- 3/4 c. pickled beet juice
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 whole cloves
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions

1Put eggs in a quart jar.

2Mix together beet juice, vinegar, bay leaf, cloves, salt and garlic.

3Heat, but do not boil.

4Add to eggs in jar.

5Store in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
